Cancellations & Refunds

Before Client cancels a Service/Project, we recommend them to communicate with the us and express their concerns so that we have an opportunity to address them. Most issues can be sorted out efficiently with simple communication and we care about  clients satisfaction. 

1.1 Cancellation of a Service/Project

  • After the Commencement of a Service/Project, the either parties may request a cancellation:

    a) The requestor must notify the other party of the cancellation by placing a message in the email. 

    b) If the client fails to notify us  that he wishes to cancel the Project and the Project is subsequently completed, the client must pay for the service delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • Once notified of a cancellation:

    a) we will stop working on the Service/Project immediately;

    b) The parties should agree in payment is necessary for any work completed (or time spent, if it is a per hour Custom Project). If the cause of the cancellation was not due to the circumstances defined in Section 1.2 ,we are entitled to request payment at minimum equal to the value of the project.

1.2 Refund policy

  • A Client is entitled to receive a refund of funds  under the following circumstances:

    a) no response from us within 48 hours of proposal acceptance by the client;

    b) non-delivery:

    • for Services not delivered under the scope of work within the delivery timescale indicated in the Service or as agreed with the client within scope.
    • for fixed price or price per item Custom Projects, non-delivery means agreed scope of work was not delivered within the agreed timescale;

    Both parties  may mutually agree to a refund for reasons other than the previous clause

  • Refunds are only applicable till the time project has been completed. once the final files have been sent , this money is non-refundable.
  • Buyers should NEVER file a dispute or reverse a payment through their Credit card company or Bank. Attempts to seek refunds in this way may attract legal actions.
  • In case of refund to PayPal the transaction charged by PayPal will not be returned as PayPal has stopped returning transaction fee effective from 11 Oct 2019.

1.3 Requesting a refund

  • A Client can request a refund of the funds specifying a reason for their request via email.
  • we reserve the right to either approve or reject the Refund Request.  
  • we will respond to a Refund Request within seven (7) working days 

  • we will process approved (or non-actioned) refund requests back to the client's source subject to a review of the refund reason and circumstances to ensure that both parties have complied with these terms and conditions, and that the purpose of the refund is not to avoid any of the parties' obligations under these terms and conditions.

1.4 Refund and cancellation penalties

  • CLients are strictly discouraged from causing cancellations and refunds. Refunds will impact Users standing as follows:

    a) the initial token amount will not be refunded if we have already started work and presented the client with the ideas

    b) if no ideas have been presented and client requests cancel , token amount will be returned back only if done with 24 hours minus processing charges and conversion charges incurred by the seller.

    c) for projects undertaken of high priority and short time duration 72 hours turnaround time, no refund ill be entertain as e begin work on them instantly.
